Driven by a deep connection to nature, I facilitated natural farming programs until 2017. In 2018, seeking to understand my emotional fluctuations, I underwent Inner Engineering, which marked a transformative turning point in my life. This process not only helped me navigate my inner world but also opened the door to profound experiences. To deepen these insights, I spent over a year volunteering at the Isha Yoga Center in Coimbatore.
